The first project is the basement shower. I had to move the drain from the original position. When I roughed it in I did not position it correctly. I found my in-floor radiant heating tube. (No damage to it.)
The only problem with the house over the winter was the aluminum covers I put over the chimney flashings. A bird or hail broke them open and a bird flew in. I think its mate tore up 5 of the window screens trying to set it free. The screens were made of fiberglass. I pulled all the screens and had them changed to aluminum mesh screen.
